I’ve been having trouble with lower back pain since I gave birth two years ago and after a recommendation from a friend contacted Swansea Bay Osteopathy. Bethan was really welcoming and put me at ease. She had a wealth of knowledge and has given me some great exercises to help strengthen my lower back. Cannot recommend Bethan enough! 

Bethan is a brilliant therapist. I've had a few massages from Bethan, and osteopathy treatment in the past, and I can't recommend her enough. Had a massage yesterday and already my back feels so much better. She's very friendly, approachable and makes it a very relaxing experience.

Very pleased with my appointment as it was last minute, so glad to get seen, did a full examination plus therapy with lots of information and exercises to do at home. . 

As usual, superb treatment, instant relief and very friendly. Cannot rate Bethan high enough. Have been six times now and will go again.

Went for treatment on my upper shoulder. The consultation was thorough, very professional and provided me with all the information that I needed about my injury. I was kept informed throughout the treatment about what was needed for a speedy recovery and given exercises to perform at home. All my questions that I had were answered in a way that kept me informed and put my mind at rest.

I had my 1st session with Bethan today. She was very friendly and approachable. She instantly made me feel at ease. The session was at the right pace for me and i wasn't pushed beyond my comfort zone. She explained and tackled my problem area and even introduced acupuncture.. A first for me! I left with exercises to do at home and a follow up appointment for a week's time. Highly recommended
